As AHA DCS Danışmanlık ve Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (the “Company”), acting as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we process your personal data as described below.
Personal data processed
- Identity data: first and last name
- Contact data: e-mail address, phone number
- Request data: company name and the message you share in the contact form
- Transaction security data: IP address, cookie records
Purposes of processing
Your personal data is processed to respond to your enquiry, to carry out proposal and service processes, to fulfil legal obligations and to keep the website secure.
Legal basis and method of collection
Your data is collected electronically through the website contact form and cookies, on the legal bases set out in Article 5/2 of the KVKK (establishment of a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest) and, where required, your explicit consent.
Transfers
Your data may be transferred, to the extent necessary to provide the service, to our hosting and e-mail providers (contact form submissions are delivered by e-mail via the FormSubmit service) and to legally authorised bodies. The servers of the providers used for website hosting (Cloudflare), visitor statistics (Google Analytics, only if you consent to cookies) and form delivery (FormSubmit) may be located outside Türkiye.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to request correction or deletion, and to object. You can send your requests to hakan.askar@ahadcs.com.
